All staff was very professional, efficient and nice. Neat & Clean Rooms, close to many of the city's attractions, including the Jaisalmer Fort. The food was Good, The hotel is perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Jaisalmer. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Loved the large room, comfy bed, good quality sheets and my window seat. It's a fairly quiet location but everything you need is close by. Dheeraj did everything he could to make my stay as good as possible; collecting me from the bus stop, coffee and chats in reception, even lending me his dog, Bruno 😁 Oh, and did I mention the great view of the fort from the roof? Also having a kettle in the room is great. Kitchen guys were not always getting the orders right but it was noted and action taken to make improvements.

Very friendly owner (same as open road) and staff that helps you with everything you need. They helped us booking train tickets through an agency. We asked them for a cooking class and they offered us to cook a Thali meal with the cook. He explained everything and the food in general at the hotel was delicious. Lot of space in the room and good wifi. We booked the desert safari (1 night, 14:00-11:00, 2’500 pP) through the hotel. Tour was a good experience and ok. Very basic all, just prison-beds to sleep under the sky of stars and meals cooked over the fire. We could even shower after the desert trip for free and relax in a room for a couple of hours because I didn‘t feel well.

Some people re-instill your faith in humanity and that's what I felt after speaking with the lovely people at The Elite Castle Jaisalmer, specially Mr. Dheeraj Purohit and Mr. Narendra. I had booked this place via booking.com for a short trip that my parents took to Jaisalmer. I had spoken to Mr. Purohit and he assured me that everything will be taken care of and he more than delivered on the promise. My parents were very well taken care of, which was my biggest concern originally. I have no words to describe the gracious hospitality and generosity of the owner and the staff of this place. I am beyond grateful to them and so glad to have met and known such lovely human beings. Not only this the hotel is very clean and at a great location which makes it easy to visit the city center and other tourist places. They provided a good breakfast with the accommodation. I definitely recommend this place to anybody who is visiting Jaisalmer.

Mr. Dhreeraj as first impression from hotel, as after confirming booking form booking.com, instantly received call from Him for check our preference and how we are travelling if need any assistance, also we were welcomed by him and given best room of the hotel which was city and fort view best part of this hotel is located close to fort, also he organised everything for us, sightseeing, desert Jip safari, camel safari, Authentic Rajasthani Gala dinner along with folk dance and musics, again traditionally welcomed at Shrinath Desert camp , it was first visit at Jaisalmer which was made memorable by Dheeraj and Team, sorry I forget two of staff name who served us at reception and another during breakfast were excellent, Thank you so much chef for tasty and yummy food. Padharo Mahare Desh sentence perfectly made for Rajasthan and it was truly fulfilled by Dheeraj and Team.

It's not the places but people who make a difference when you travel and this was true during this stay at Elite Castle. I have no words how supportive the entire staff is, to name a few dheeraj, suraj, Narendra and many more. My father met with an unfortunate accident on the trip and the way all of them came together to help, we will forever be grateful for them. Rooms are spacious, clean, terrace is beautiful and food is yummy 🤤 Thank you for this beautiful stay and time 💖

All the staff were great. So willing and smiley. They've been trained very well and obviously are well treated. Felt a very happy place. I mentioned my love of street food and when we arrived they'd bought lots for us to sample. Good breakfast choice and nice rooftop restaurant. Very comfortable beds. Good location with great views of the Fort. Would highly recommend.

Book into The Elite Castle. Here’s what you’ll get: A gracious welcome from Dheeraj the owner, a calm clean room (my bathroom a little less clean, a little leaky, hot water iffy, though Rajasthan in early October is still blazing) good a/c, very good rooftop restaurant, a safe, quiet sleep in a good bed, and really kind, attentive, employees. And Bruno. Go there. Meet Bruno. Stay for the good feeling all around. Five minutes from the fort. For me, best hotel in my range, two months in India.

10/10!! The best stay you can get in Jaisalmer and India! The staff was amazing and extremely polite 😊 They all made us feel special. The room was big, the bed, pillows and linen were very comfy and soft! We had to work during our stay, and the internet was working perfectly. There's a lovely puppy called "Bruno" that will melt your heart!! The owner was very attentive and ready to help! THANK YOU FOR ALL!!!
